Understanding Our Core Values through Contemplative Practice Post-class Materials

​Remember we discussed the differences between hedonistic happiness and passion (or eudaimonic happiness) in class? These two types of happiness are manifested in two types of living: goals-focused and values-focused. This video explains the distinction between both types of living and why the latter type can help you lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
